At Move Your Feet there are no memberships we have many packages to suit your needs. This means that you work to achieving your goals when it suits you, without paying out for a membership that you may not use. Additionally, all services are enjoyable, and are offered in a non-threatening and safe environment!

You can choose to have your sessions in the comfort of your home, a local park or gym! We are flexible to suit your lifestyle!

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday

  • Morning: 5.45am - 7.45am
  • Evening: 5.30pm to 7.30pm

Saturday

  • 6am - 1pm
